These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address provided at the end of these Terms. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days.

If informal resolution is not successful, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
