What is included in monthly bookkeeping?
Monthly support includes transaction recording, account reconciliation, fixed-asset depreciation, and financial statements. Accounts receivable and payable review is included with eligible packages.
Can you help if my books are already behind?
Yes. Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping helps businesses bring months or years of overdue records up to date.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Jubaid is an Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and provides QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup support.
Do you file business tax returns?
Lote Tree Financial provides bookkeeping and tax preparation support but does not list tax-return filing as a service. We help organize records for your accountant, CPA, or tax professional.

Monthly bookkeeping packages range from $250 to $1,000, based primarily on transaction volume. Businesses exceeding standard package limits receive custom pricing.
- How do I know which package is right for my business?
The best fit depends on monthly transaction volume, account count, bookkeeping complexity, and reporting needs. We review these during the free consultation.
- Are payroll and cleanup included in the monthly package price?
No. Payroll and Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping are optional services priced separately from the standard monthly package.
- What if I have more than 400 monthly transactions?
Businesses with more than 400 monthly transactions receive a custom quote based on volume and complexity.
